Our largest first floor suite located in the rear of the house with a queen bed, day bed with trundle (2 twins), antenna tv, kitchenette (no stove), ensuite bathroom with shower, screened in porch, private courtyard, wifi, window unit with AC and heat.  Self service continental breakfast.  The property is not required to be ADA accessible.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Porch Room

Located on the first floor off the front porch near the street with 12.5 ft ceilings, queen bed, twin bed, kitchenette (no stove), antenna tv, ceiling fans, ensuite bathroom with shower, wifi, AC and heat.  NO ACCESS to balcony or courtyard.  Self service continental breakfast.  The property is not required to be ADA accessible.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Balcony Suites

There are 2 Balcony Suites that share the balcony on the front of the house and located on the second floor (no elevator).  Each has a queen bedroom with door that closes to sitting room including a daybed (twin), antenna tv, private bathroom with claw foot tub/shower, refrigerator, coffee maker, wifi, AC and heat.  NO access to courtyard.  NO smoking inside or outside on balcony.  Photos are of one of the two identical rooms.  Decor varies.  Self service continental breakfast.  The property is not required to be ADA accessible.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Rose Room
