POLICIES ​

The B&B is ANIMAL-FREE and SMOKE-FREE. 
CHILDREN MUST BE AGE 12 OR OLDER and are charged as additional guests.
Our property is not required to be ADA accessible. Please contact us if you have any questions.  

Check-in 2pm or later.  Check-out 11am.  Luggage storage available.

​PAYMENT:
For SPECIAL EVENT / MULTIPLE ROOM / STAY 6+ NIGHTS, payment in full is required. 
All REGULAR bookings, pay on arrival.    

SPECIAL EVENTS INCLUDE
Major Sporting Events, New Year's Eve, Mardi Gras season, St. Patrick's Day/Parade, French Quarter Fest, Jazz Fest,
University Graduation, Essence Fest/4th of July, Halloween, and Thanksgiving including weekend.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES...
All cancellations must be made by phone call 504-895-4302 or email to [email protected] 
Cancellation is not complete until you receive email confirmation or return phone call from B&B.

SPECIAL EVENT/MULTIPLE ROOM/STAY 6+ NIGHTS cancellations will be given a refund for your reserved dates that are
​re-booked by someone else less a 5% service fee. (10% international)

For REGULAR reservations, 50% of stay is charged if cancelled less then 15 days before arrival.  
No credit for early check out or abbreviated stays. 

***REDUCTION of room nights to your reservation less then 30 days before arrival will be charged a $50/night fee.
